Carla Carlos, External Commercial Consultant and Trainer

A professional with more than 34 years' experience in the tourism sector, Carla Carlos stands out for her solid academic and practical training, having obtained a degree in Tourism and Hotel Business Management, as well as various specializations in key areas such as Negotiation and Sales, Digital Marketing, Trainer and E-Trainer and specialist in action-training in the tourism area. Her postgraduate degree in Applied Positive Psychology complements her strategic vision, allowing her to act effectively in human development and in promoting positive and productive work environments.

With a highly versatile profile, Carla has extensive experience in event planning and management, sales analysis, and scouting new markets and clients. Her fluency in English, Italian and Portuguese further enhances her ability to adapt to different markets and cultures, especially her work with airlines and representing tourism brands, where she has developed successful commercial strategies, driving revenue growth in the Portuguese and European markets.

In addition to her professional career, Carla is socially responsible and involved in community causes, actively volunteering for the Refood project and teaching at the Senior University, which highlights her commitment to sharing knowledge and the well-being of her community.

Sandra Nogueira, Pedagogical Director
​
With a robust and multifaceted profile, Abacate Amarelo's pedagogical director has played a vital role in various professional and geographical fields throughout her career. Having specialised as a certified trainer in Portuguese, both as a foreign language and as a second language, for 26 years in Angola and Portugal, she has also been a certified Spanish trainer for 16 years. With a degree in Cultural Anthropology and Education, Sandra Nogueira has expanded her work beyond the boundaries of language teaching, delving deeply into the behavioural and cultural field over the last 20 years.

Her fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English has enabled her to work and lead projects in Angola, Portugal, the United States and the United Kingdom.

This set of skills and experiences provides Abacate Amarelo with creative and globally aware pedagogical leadership.

Francesca Blasi, Digital Marketing and Analytics Manager
With a career marked by excellence and innovation, Francesca specialises in corporate finance in the energy sector, where she developed her career at General Electric (GE). Working as a Complex Data Analyst, forecasting financial trends and providing strategic insights vital to the company's growth and sustainability, she led the implementation of a new financial planning system for the entire EMEA region.
In addition to her core duties, Francesca has diversified her responsibilities into other business domains, cultivating a versatile skill set with the highlight being the creation and management of independent themed Instagram pages to practice social media strategies, a crucial skill in today's business environment where she has achieved a 90 per cent increase in followers, with content reaching between 2 million and 5 million views.
Francesca is a multilingual professional, fluent in English, French, Italian and Portuguese, and has a good understanding of Spanish.
She has a degree in Management and Business Administration from the Paris School of Business, and is currently studying for a Masters in Strategic Marketing at the Católica Lisbon School of Business.
